1, to select the shale shakers with high performance and reasonable structure, and determine the quantity and size of shale shakers according to mud property.
2, to choose proper desander desilter with good performance and reasonable parameter, connect them in series for best separation efficiency.
3, connect intermediate and high speed decanter centrifuge in series for longer service life of further equipment and material saving.
4, based on the minimal volume of mud that used to fill up the drilling well, add 50% of which to serviced as active mud of solids control system for drilling safety, while the whole mud of solids control system should double the active mud.
