OGEM Single Screw pump can let people be at ease

Single screw pump , also called MONOPUMPS, is a kind of rotor type displacement pump,the main parts be include of stator and rotor. Rotor is derived universal coupling to rotation to form a confined space in the pump. The liquids is sucking up & pumping in the pump continuously & constantly.

Single screw pump could pumping liquid with high viscosity & mixed solid.

OGEM can provide screw pump with pressure 0.3～1.2MPa, can meet different requirement of different clients.


Working principle
The single screw pump is a new type pump which is designed according to joggle cubage principle. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator).

Because of the special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. The fluids flow along with the shaft, inner flow speed is slow, capacity remains, pressure is steady, so it will not generate vortex and agitating. The output pressure of each class pump is 0.6Mpa, head 60m( for clean water), Self-suction height is more than 6m.

It can drive by coupler, or adjust the speed by using high speed motor, Triangle V-belt, gear box, etc

The stator is made of elastomeric material, so it has particular advantages than other pump to transfer the fluids of high viscosity and hard suspended particles included or fibre included.
