Submersible slurry pump general information
Submersible slurry pump is 1 type centrifugal pump with the structure of vertical single stage and single suction overhung. Considering the high concentration particles of the drilling mud, the submersible pump is made of abrasion-resistant alloy, there is no bearing and gland seal between the impeller and pump body. So it is maintenance-free and high tempreture resistance.

And it is located outside tank region, different with oil drilling rig, there is no pipeline to guide the mud directly to the shaker. Often, we could see a mud pool, what we need do is transfer the mud to the shaker by the slurry pump. It is installed with the motor upward and pump head downward dipped into the mud.
