Main function

The sedimentation centrifuge of horizontal and helix unloading is used in separating suspension with solid phase concentration being 2～70% and liquid phase viscosity υ≤0.01Pa·S and containing solid phase granule of particle diameter d≥2μm, in separating the suspension of amorphous material difficult for renewing filtering cloth and of big change in solid phase concentration. And the centrifuge is also used in the range needing to separate solid and liquid substance for petroleum, chemical industry, food, pharmacy and environmental protection, etc., able to finish dehydration of solid phase, liquid clarifying, separation of liquid to liquid to solid, and granularity grading, etc.

Applicable scope

The sedimentation centrifuge of horizontal and helix unloading is the specialized equipment designed for separating solid and liquid substance in light of the traits of drilling fluid. And the equipment, with full running speed, can be finishing working procedures including feeding, centrifugal settlement and unloading, etc., mainly to be used in reclaiming barite, removing fine solid grain, lowering solid content, controlling viscosity and density of drilling liquid and guaranteeing  performance of drilling liquid, having significant effect in fast drilling.
