The chambers scoops 50% of the volume being pumped and jets that fluid t hrough 44 nozzles “N” and impacts the shear plate “P” at very high velocity at “M” 90 degrees to the fluid entering the pump. The total fluid “V” and “N” travels down the shear plate to “T” where the fluid is further sheared due to the shape and speed of the plate tip.

Shear pump consists of impeller, volute, bearing, packing boxes, drive shafts, pulleys, combined belts, motor and bearing.

The impeller of shear pump is different with others, it’s rather complicated. It’s the core components of shear pump, has high efficiency of shearing. Impeller are mainly consists of five parts: Axial turbines, storage tanks, pump wheels, pressurized cabin and clipboard. Axial turbines, storage tanks and pump wheels are casting into a whole part precisely, structure is very tight.
