A complete 5-class mud recycling system for HDD

CIPPE is really a big event for petroleum and petrochemical field.

The focus of 2011 Beijing CIPPE drilling show must be a complete 5-class solids control system. The manufacturer of this system is OGEM Solids Control, a China leading manufacturer for the whole line solids control system & equipments.

5-class mud recycling system

The exhibited drilling mud solids control system including the following equipments:

1)       Fist class solids control equipment: 2 sets OGEMPS 703 Ballanced elliptical motion (BEM) shale shaker

2)       Second & third class solids control equipment: OGEMPJ703 mud cleaner. OGEMPJ 703 mud cleaner is a composition of a OGEMPS BEM shale shaker, a OGEMPJ100×12 desilter and a OGEMPJ250×2 desander. It works steadily and greatly save the tank space.

3)       Forth class solids control equipment: LWF450×1000N decanter centrifuge.

4)       Fifth class solids control equipment: SLH150-35 jet mud mixer.

Tank dimension of the treat tank:14000mm×2500mm×1770mm.The actual capacity of the drilling mud recycling system is 40m3/h.
