Since the slurry separation can be one of the environment protection way. Firstly can separate the waste slurry form industry also the daily life. And then regarding to solids control will to separate the solids in the waste drilling slurry. The slurry separation or fluids processing system will make the wet material and sludge separated to get better solution and more friendly to our environment


Separated liquid can be applied to crops at a much later stage than raw slurry to give better pay back. Separated liquid is commonly used on corn upto 12" high, and can be applied using tramline system. Management time is reduced to a minimum with separation - most material can pass through the separator, less attention has to be paid to keep bedding out of the slurry pit. Slurry dries out in pipes when left causing blockages on start up, separated liquid does not cause these problems.


A dredged slurry separation system comprising, a dredged waste storage tank with a front and a back; a compacting plate movably positioned within said dredged slurry waste mud tank, said compacting plate dividing said dredged waste storage tank into a water collection chamber and a dredged slurry collection chamber; a dredged slurry inlet positioned to deposit slurry into said dredged slurry collection chamber; an upper water pump positioned at thefront of said sewage waste storage tank and configured to pump liquid out of said dredged slurry storage tank; and a lower water pump positioned at the front of said slurry storage tank below said upper water pump and configured to pump liquid out of said dredged slurry waste mud tank



OGEM slurry separation system unique self contained solid removal technology separates solids from dredged slurry via a three stage system down to 25 um. In addition, the solids that are removed are dewatered to a stackable “pass paint filter” state, which can be readily moved with front end loader, conveyor and/or dump trucks. The separation process is continuous and operates completely mechanically without any chemical enhancement. The entire dredged slurry separation system is designed onto a “rock over” type trailer that is highway legal for ease of transporting.


Slurry Separation has been proven to reduce storage requirements by between 20 and 30%. Separated liquid can be spread with low rate equipment at a very low cost of operation. Raw slurry uses huge horsepower to do the same job. Separated liquid can be spread little and often as the crop needs it, whereas with an umbilical system it is more practical to store and then spread large amounts. This may cause problems if rain follows the application, whereas separated liquid goes into the ground faster and does not suffer these problems.
