Shear pump adjusting the mud performance

Oil drilling fluid is mainly made of four parts: water, active solid phase, inert solid phase and chemical treating agent. Due to the various components of the ratio between and interaction, forming different components and different performance of mud, the related equipment is necessary to adjust the mud performance.

There are several additives in the drilling mud, like bentonite,clay and polymer. When compound and dispose the mud, the traditional compound method is difficult to realize directly hydration and the high shear force which the polymer provides, so it needs the long times to compound and treatment times.

The constituent of shear pump:

The shear pump is composed by impeller, volute, support, packing case, transmission shaft, pulley, combination belt and electrical machine. The impeller of the shear pump is different with the water pump, the structure is more complex. It is the core part of the shear pump, with high effciency.
