OGEM 150GPM Mud Cleaning System is designed for HDD drilling rig. It has very compact design and easy for transporting. The tank system obtains both the mud cleaning function by a double deck shale shaker with 4 inch hydrocyclones and mud mixing function by the jet mud mixer.

Equipment configuration :

1 ea X mud tank: net capacity 5000 Liters
2 ea X centrifugal pump: one for feeding shale shaker, the other for the mixing unit
1 ea X double deck shale shaker with 4 ea 4” desiler cones

Depending on customer requirements mud systems can be trailer mounted or skid mounted.
Trailer mounted units require dedicated trailer (built to unit)
Skid mounted unit can be removed from trailer which releases the trailer for other duties.
