Mobile Cuttings Drying Unit

OGEM Mobile Drying Unit was designed for drying oil based mud cuttings. This unit consists of a vertical Cuttings Dryer and a 14 inch bowl decanter centrifuge along with all the necessary pumps and effluent tanks, and Screw Conveyor incorporated into one Skid.The dried cuttings are collected in a cuttings bin to await disposal. The recovered fluid is then processed by the centrifuge to remove excess solids before returning the cleaned fluids back to the active mud system.
