The mud recyclying equipment such as, shale shaker,desander  ,desilter are used for separating drilling cuttings out from drilling mud which come from water well. As the drill bit penetrates the soil. It creates smaller fragmented pieces that called drilling cuttings. The drilling fluid carries these cuttings to the surface to create an open hole from the top to the bottom. The drill cuttings are colletected into a settling pit. In order to get the mud be re-circulated down the hole. a good mud recycling system is required to achieve this goal. The optimum goal is to remove all the undesirable drill solids and send just bentonite and water to continue carrying new cuttings up and out of the hole.

The cleaning tank is divided into 2 compartment,1# shaker compartment ,2# Mini cleaner & Mixing compartment. it’s 2 phase cleaning process. designed to achieve a cut point of 16 microns.
