As per the required capacity of 40m3/h,separationg point 0.8 – 0.1mm. we gave a combination of 1 set mud cleaner, 1 set centrifugal pump tranport wash water to the mud cleaner, and a pedestal tank. Seeing from the shape, this unit is compact struture because of the powerful function of the mud cleaner which is the core euqipment in such a system.
Copper Slag Wash Water Cleaning System
Mud Cleaner
Fixed with 2 types of screens for different phase treatment. 1st treatment for 60 mesh screen, 2nd treatment for 200 mesh screen. Mud cleaner could realize the function of shale shaker and desilter. Not only save space, but also reduce the cost. After entering in the mud cleaner, the wash water passes over 60 mesh screen to remove larger particles. Solids Size≥0.25 mm will be removed from the wash water. While the second phase desilter hydrocyclone treat the wash water transported from the shaker compartment of the tank by centrifugal pump.
Centrifugal Pump
In this system, at lest one centrifugal pump required to pick up the wash water from the shaker tank to desilter hydrocyclones. On the other hand, an additional pump is always recommended for transporting the clean wash water for re-use. More convenient and high efficiency.
Mud Tank
The 4.5m length mud tank is divided into 2 parts. 1# compartments named shaker tank is used to store the wash water pass the 60 mesh shaker screen and 2# desilter tank for the cleane wash water.
This metal slag wash water cleaning system is still at the stage of design, comparing the troditional solids control system, it is more like a customized one. Lots of customized unit have been designed by GN, if any need aroused, feel free to contact with us.
