 Vertical Cuttings Dryer Structure Features:

1) In the design process of CD Vertical cuttings dryer, user maintenance is taken into full consideration. All wearing parts are easily removable and replace, belt can also be replaced without disassembling the gear box, and the gear box part can easily be removed.

2) CD dryer is designed for high-speed rotation industry work, and take full account of the dynamic balance. Each rotating parts have been done a dynamic balance to ensure the replace part does not affect the whole dynamic balance.

3)The gear box is used to offer differential speed between screen basket and screw pusher. As the gear box is an integral structure, whole replacement is required. CD dryer has independent external circulating oil lubrication system. The lubricating oil pump and the filter device are arranged outside the GNCD dryer for easy operation and maintenance. To ensure sufficient lubrication for gear box and bearings, a pressure control switch and the flow control switch is needed in this lubrication system. To ensure the normal lubrication, these switches are connected with host or alarm.
