Mud recycling system for mud rotary drilling

Mud rotary drilling is a method of drilling a borehole into the subsurface by rotating a string of drilling pipe and bit against the formation.  This drilling method mostly is used in the environmental or water well,mining,getechnical and oil/gas drilling industries.

A complete drilling fluid system is required for mud rotary drilling. The two main parts of the fluid system consist of the actual drilling fluid, and the  solids control equipment which designed to remove the solids from the mud at the surface.Mud recycling system for mud rotary drilling is usually very small. 1.ZS752 Shale shaker with 1.4m2 screen area.
2.ZJ752-4N  Mud cleaner.
3.Centrifugal pump SB4×3-11 for feeding Mud cleaner
4.Mud tank 7000L×2300W×1600H
5.Jet mud mixer Model :SL100-25 which with 11Kw SB4×3-11 pump and hopper
6.Submersible slurry pump

(2) The processing procedure
1.Slurry pump pick up mud from mud pit to the shale shaker  for the first phase solids removal
2.Then desilter feeding pump suck mud from first compartment and feed to mini mud cleaner for the second phase solids removal .Cleaning mud from desilter overflow to the cleaning mud compartment.
4.Jet mixing unit is availble to adding chemical to the tank .
5.The mixing pump can also be used as supercharging pump
