What are the differences between CQ series vacuum degasser and ACQ series atmospheric degasser ?

Vacuum degassers have more moving parts and higher initial cost,This is due primarily to the vacuum pump and attendant components.However. vacuum degasser  is much more efficient than atmospheric degasser. Because gas volume is inversely proportional to pressure, gas bubbles surface from a fluid more rapidly under pressure.By combining impact and turbulence features with low pressure,CQ series vacuum degassers prove to be fast acting and highly effective in separating dissolved gasses.unlike the traditional vacuum degasser,CQ vacuum degasser is a self-contained unit.The gas-cut mud is drawn into the degasser by a vacuum created by a regenerative vacuum without needing centrifugal pump.Moreover,OGEM degasser can act as a big agitator for the drilling mud.which helps the treatment for desander and desilter.

ACQ series atmospheric degasser is a special in-tank alternative to the standard CQ series vacuum type degasser, The ACQ series degasser is  a self contained unit without needing for centrifugal pump to feed drilling mud.Atmospheric separations rely on impact,turbulence,agitation or a combination of these techniques to separate gas from the drilling fluid.They possess few moving parts and have low initial cost. But their efficiency is limited and they  may not be suitable for all conditions.
