Dredge slurry separation system from OGEM Solids Control

OGEM's dredge slurry separation system is designed to accept feed directly from the dredge. It is used for the removal of solids from slurries that commom in the dredging industry.  It has proven highly efficient in the dredging industry where high volumes of sand must be removed and dewatered.

Most dredging projects requies 3 to 4 stages of solids removal. OGEM's standard 2000 GPM dredge slurry separation system is designed to separates solids from dredged slurry via a three stage process down to 25 um. The solids that are removed are dewatered to a stackable pass paint fliter state,which can be readily moved with front end loader,conveyor or dump strucks. The effluent of discharged fluid is pumped off by centrifugal pump.
