Magnetic separator and desilter has been sent to Korea

At the beginning of March, OGEM Solids exported some solids control equipment to a Korea company , in the fields of soil remediation, waste food recycling and environmental information technology for many years with hands-on experiences. The equipment includes: 1 sets of magnetic separator, 2 sets of hydrocyclone desilters. 1.      Magnetic Separator

The Magnetic Separator can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The machine works under the magnetic force and machine force .Magnetic Separators are designed to recover ferromagnetic materials. 2.      hydrocyclone desilters

Hydrocyclone desilter is usually set behind Desander separator. OGEM desilter is the main class solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids. According to the size of the cone diameter, they are divided into Desander and Desilter. Usually the cone diameter is less than 6″is called Desilter, and used as the third-control equipment in drilling operation. We commonly used 5 "and 4" cone to separate solid-phase particle size 15-47μm in the drilling fluid. Based on customer requirements and capacity, we can select groups of cone into Desilter.CNQ Desilter works very well with Solids control system other equipments.
