2) 1 set ZS752 desilter installed 4 x 4” desilter cone

5) 1 set 20ft container size mud tank

Features of OGEM 200 GPM mud recycling system
(1) ZS752 Mini Linear Motion Shale Shaker operating with high conductance pretension screens. drying the fine particles from the desilter cones.
(2) Four 4” hydrocyclones for secondary sand and silt removal.
(3) Mud hopper with venturi nozzle to provide shear energy in preparing bentonite mud.
(4) Two 11kw centrifugal pumps with mechanical seal for transfer operation and mud mixing. One 11kw centrifugal pump with mechanical seal for desilter operation.
(5)Weather proof control panel and optional generator.
Special features such as rear discharge, dump valves and drain troughs, allow for working in environmentally sensitive areas.
