How OGEM’s Vertical Cuttings Dryer work

Vertical cutting dryer use centrifugal force generated by mechanical rotation to separate solid and liquid. The drilling cutting entered into the space between the sieve basket and the scraper, then the fluids is discharged from the outlet pipe in both side, the solids is remained in the basket. Because of the speed difference between the screw scraper and sieve basket, the dehydrated solids are discharged into the collecting funnel continuously.
