In solids control system, the High-G driers used to separated the solids after treated by desander and desilter. With these processes, the drilling mud will flow into decanter centrifuge ( the solids-removal equipment) for further treatment. The application of flocculating and coalescing agent in water recovery system will results in undesirable inclusion of colloidal particle in drilling circulating system. These colloidal particles may burden drilling fluids performance of plastic viscosity, gel strength and static shear force, therefore, regular performance inspection is necessary for better operation.
