pipeline , should stop first and then shut off the main valve jet pipe valve ,
in order to avoid high-pressure jet off to die in the pipeline .

gun did not flip phenomenon , you should check whether the lower nozzle exit is
blocked.
13 , Found flanges, valves , fittings should be
checked for leaks repair or replacement.
14,If you find Steel by the leakage of nonyl first
threaded tight , if it is still valid, then check the reason or replacement
parts. When found pneumatic tire union dropout, first gassing check whether the
pressure is too low or not, emergency treatment should be carried out with
cotton or other plug-soft material loss plugging the gap until the tank is no
mud, replace the pneumatic tire.

Solids control equipment play a very important role in
oil exploitation,and the maintenance of solids control is also a very important

gas discharge to the top of derrick and pull out the air. If no gas in the
solids control system,we may act degasser as a big agitator for the drilling
mud,and then,which can not keep the mud sediment in purification tank in order
to gain cleaning mud from shale shaker.and the underset enter into the special
tank under mid-speed centrifuge so that separating once again through the
second high-speed centrifuge ,after separation ,the mud included heavy crystal
go back to the mud purification tank ,and keep the performance of mud steady
.When the mud under the site of aggravation in the solids control system
,Because the centrifuge not only harm the solids phase removing ,but also
remove the weight material together ,this way can reduce the mud weight quickly
,lost material heavily .we need to use two sets centrifuge in series in order
to avoid loosing weight material and get the aim of removing harmful solids
phase.According to the request of complete mud purification system in solids
control system,the handling capacity of desander need to achieve normal amount
of mud flow above ,plus ,which can make the mud purification fully and reduce
the content of sand in drilling mud.
